DIY Short Term Rental Install Package
A consultation plus:
Concept Board - provides a visual design concept of the overall theme and style of the space through a downloadable presentation with shoppable links to furnishings, accessories, and other accents. Concept boards may be provided per room or per property.
Final walk-through - virtually or in-person. We will review the space once you’ve completed the work to give final tips and add any final touches.
$375 up to 2 bedroom, 2 bath + $45 per additional bedroom or outdoor space
Existing Short Term Rental Full Service Package
This package utilizes what you already have including:

Non-Negotiable Budget STR (Staged to Rent)
These are musts before your short term rental is listed. We will discuss safety, furniture, kitchen amenities, towels, linens and supplies
Level-up (90 days after phase 1)
Minimal decor, throw pillows, above and beyond in the kitchen and bath items, sensible amenities
Ultimate STR Experience (timeline negotiable)
Incorporating surprise and delight elements, technology, upgraded lighting fixtures, high end amenities
$1500 - 75% due up front, 25% due near the end
