Home Staging Consultations
Every home staging service begins with a consultation. Each home is as unique as the owner(s) are, therefore, every home staging plan is custom to the client and their home. We work to declutter, reorganize and eliminate distractions so all spaces are clearly defined, leaving them with a finished product ready to be listed.
All consultations include our client care package. Sent to the client prior to the meeting at the home. This informational packet explains the home staging process and provides additional resources and checklists to help the client get started.
Standard Consult
Owner-Occupied Home Staging
An owner-occupied home refers to the owner and/or the furnishings will remain in the home for the duration of the sale.
This consultation includes:
a meeting at the home to review and preview the space - approx 2 hours
recommendations for updates and repairs
a DIY home staging plan including items to be removed, re-arranged and replaced
an estimate for additional services such as decluttering and organizing or home staging rentals as well as home staging services to deliver, install and style etc.

Vacant Home Staging Consult
A vacant home refers to a home that is completely unfurnished and no one living in the residence.
This consultation includes:

quote for furniture and accessory rentals as well as home staging services to deliver, install and style
